FGCom mumble in a snap

Snapcraft has a self-contained mumble package[1] that you can install and use, for example on your debian or ubuntu box.

This is probably an easy and good solution until native mumble 1.4 packages reach the repositories.

On debian:

~# apt install snapd
~# snap install mumble

then follow the normal installation procedure for the plugin.

[1] there is currently a bug open that prevents loading/installing of the plugin. Its fixed already and pending for release: https://github.com/snapcrafters/mumble/issues/23. Meanwhile add a call to snap refresh mumble --channel=edge/fix-for-23 to get it working.
