Major updates

I did an update to the package structure for ease of use in Pyut
Implemented a new IO plugin that lets Pyut export Mermaid files
Additionally, plugins now have a preferences file usable by Pyut
Future versions will include a wx Sized panel directly usable by Pyut

The following is the list of issues and enhancements implemented in this release
