Mexico City only have 16 official geographic territories "alcaldías" (town halls). There was additional, incorrect data in the original repo. For instance, one of the removed entries Polanco is geographically contained in Miguel Hidalgo, as well as San Antonio Tecómitl is inside Milpa Alta.
