 2024-02-19 Mon: Worked on [h.country](https://github.com/harmony-one/h.country/pull/22). Changed the number of topics to select from 4 to 3. Added logic that creates a Tag Action for each selected topic and a Tag Action from the user to himself. Updated slash and hash colors: blue for himself and yellow for others. Pending green for verified type. Updated HeaderList component to show a 3 x 3 grid of tags in order by frequency.
