Near Buy

Near Buy is a web application that helps users find nearby places based on their current location. The application utilizes the Google Maps API to display a map with markers for nearby places such as restaurants, ATMs, gas stations, and more. Installation

To run Near Buy locally on your machine, follow these steps:

Clone the repository to your local machine.
Navigate to the root directory of the project in your terminal.
Run npm install to install the necessary dependencies.
Create a .env file in the root directory with your Google Maps API key in the following format: REACT_APP_API_KEY=<your_api_key>.
Run npm start to start the application.
Open a web browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000.

Note: You must have a Google Maps API key to run the application locally. You can get a key by following the instructions here. Usage

To use Near Buy, follow these steps:

Open the application in your web browser.
Allow the application to access your location.
Search for a specific type of place using the search bar or select from a list of categories.
Click on a marker to view more information about the selected place.
