The ArcMap Raster Edit Suit is an Add-In for ArcMap 10.x, providing a set of tools in order to improve the efficiency of raster layer editing.
The ArcMap Raster Editor toolbar will show at the top of your ArcMap once it is installed and selected into the platform.
Tools on the toolbar include:

Editor Menu | Provide control of the toolbar. |

Select & Edit | Select and edit value of pixels after starting a editing section. |

Identify | Get the values and statistics of selected pixels. |

Go To Pixel | Go to the pixel with given row and column index. |
