There are a lot of links to other sections. I feel like we could consider reducing those, and also go through and update the links to go to the right subheading, rather than just the heading with that name.
I also added a
Go to Table of contentslinks to each header section (what was formerly a page). We can get rid of that, I just thought it could be helpful.I think the copy for the very top of the README could be improved, so please weigh in on suggestions.
