This milestone includes all issues that must be resolved for the manual curation effort.
We must define the scoring logic for the final table, including cutoffs for each category.
We must define and document a workflow for the manual curation effort for all expert curators involved.
We would prefer a web interface for the manual curation effort, but this is not required for this milestone.
The manual curation scoring logic and workflow should be adaptable for future database updates and include recomputation intervals for different data sources as well as re-evaluation intervals for curated genes.
