* update guide for end of online play Remove references to online play / bans (since they are no longer possible) Switch out 11.17 notice for a notice relating to the shutdown * faq: change 11.17 notice to online notice * finalize: remove network preservation stuff * 3ds-online: actually friending not dead yet
