Ignore .all-contributorsrc file in lint-check CI step

This file is automatically generated by the all-contributors bot, and how it chooses to format the JSON contained within doesn't sit well with Prettier. I figured it'd be easier just to tell Prettier to ignore this file instead of trying to get the two to get along.
