Q1 2025 ‐ Stakeholder 2.0 Milestone

Summary

In order to focus the project team and streamline operations, Product has labeled all priority issues need to be completed before finding a community partner into a single milestone called 00. Stakeholder Review 2.0

Background and Context

In November 2024 the project team was asked to integrate a standard set of milestones per request of the parent organization. However as a project team, we are focused on reaching our next key stakeholder meeting with Bonnie.

Our goal is to have our EA app in a place where the key stakeholder Bonnie is comfortable demo-ing and finding a community partner. Essentially this is our definition of launching as the community partner is who will use our app as part of their efforts to help people expunge their records.

To both integrate the use of Milestones more as "super labels" that fits the process of the parent org and to help remove blockers to reaching our MVP goal, we have added all issues necessary for the next step of our project under a single milestone. Any backlog items that are not blockers to our project goal were assigned to other milestones.
