Make it possible to respawn
Fix all immediate issues (currently can't shoot) (consider just spawning in new player (pain))
Rewrite kill registration in Round to support respawning
Add stocks and reviving to HealthController
Add stock display to HUD
Add some basic UI for respawning (just a timer probably)
Add respawning rules to gamemodes (none, infinite until timeout, stocks)
