Added animation to sponsor cards when they are hovered over.
graphical changes to make sponsor cards more pleasing (no glassmorphism)
Added effects to sponsor cards where based on where the mouse was located on the card. Added opaque glass effect.
shadow color change from blue to slate
Added dynamic shadow effect for each of the cards based on their color.
