Introduction

HabitLabMobile is an app that allows users to design better mobile habits through a two-pronged approach: awareness of usage and a series of custom alerts. Users select which apps they want to spend less time on, and HabitLab will deploy 'interventions' when users have surpassed their goal times.

NOTE: If you are running tns build android --release, you will have to copy the libs folder from platforms/android/app to platforms/android.

Ongoing/ Future Ideas

  • Allow users to favorite nudges and see them more frequently
  • Pictoral view of the types of nudges
  • Add easy nudges first, then time release add medium nudges after 5 days, etc.
  • Ability to turn targets off (but not go through onboarding again)
