This PR updates the search interface with a new layout. The documentation for the rest API is also linked from the search page as well as documentation for the search interface itself.
An update to the parameters for
create_engineis also part of this PR.The link to the new documentation will not working until we build the docs after merge (or build 'latest' from this branch).
This PR is dependent on sorgerlab/indra#1458.
