This is the first version with working blocks for Gutenberg.

The following blocks are included:

central intro - A centralised intro for your webpage or product
sponsor - An area for a single sponsor. Dynamic block and only one per page allowed
testimonials - A single testimonial from your users / customers
unique selling points - Four key selling points of your business or product.

This version fixes some broken Makefiles in v0.2.0.
