Cluster Correction for Multiple Comparisons (v. 0.0.0.9000)

The goal of ccmc is to correct for multiple comparisons of dependent tests using cluster-based statistics. The rationale for this approach is described here.

Installation

The package can be installed using these commands:

install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("GRousselet/ccmc")

Examples

Use bootstrap-t thresholds

trimbt.ccmc(x,nullval=0,tr=0,alpha=.05,bt=TRUE,nboot=599)

Get cluster statistics for cluster 1:

out <- trimbt.ccmc(x,nullval=0,tr=0,alpha=.05,bt=TRUE,nboot=599)
c2sum <- sum(out$tval[out$cluster.map==1]^2)

Cluster of length 2: 5 dependent groups
