Welcome to the repository of the manuscript "Morphological principles of neuronal mitochondria". This repository contains all the code generated for this publication, for the analysis and figures in the paper. Other materials, such as the electron tomograms used to generate the 3D reconstructions, contours, and meshes can be found here.

In the folder /script_figures/ you can find all the code used to generate the figures, and a table data_final.csv with all the measurements. The code is written in Python version 3.8.
