No ok. If we override with the jvm image, we need to have the 512m
etiennehomer

PR Summary
Simplify local development with native image. We don't need to change docker compose file to switch from native to jvm image when we build the image locally anymore.
Now, we can directly build the directory-server image and it will replace the image in the local deployment.
Changing the memory limits to support JVM/native does not make much changes as the native image consumes anyway very little memory (contrary to the JVM without any limits)
