This PR adds support for the sunshine duration sensor of Instromet Ltd. connected to a transmitter box of Davis as assembled and sold by the Dutch company Weerhuisje.
The sensor is connected to the rain input of the transmitter box. The driver reads the input and converts it to sunshine duration expressed in seconds.
