• Some small speed improvements for large numbers of tables when truncating

Chop down all the tables

• Adds --all to the chop command.
• Adds --chop-all to the seed command.

Fix: data directories above application directory

• Fixes data directories being outside the source directory.

Create folders when dumping

• Creates folder when you dump, no need to prepare!
• Increases test coverage
