Release 1.0.0

I waited veqry long for this release. Almost everything from GraphQL spec is covered right now. This tool is aiming to solve the problem of parsing GraphQL. Of course GraphQL lib provides cool parser itself, however js-tree cuts most text specific info and creates pure graph JSON.
