Update package names

• Addresses the issue mentioned in Organize codebase and update git hash #228
• Fixes the issue of manually renaming released binaries for git patch to work. Now, instead of requiring the binary to start with the lib prefix for -l to function properly, you can simply use -l: without changing the binary name.
