The project workflow itself has this ability built in so I dont think we need this. Tagging @rfratto to get his eyes on it to double check that assumption. Tested this by creating a few dummy issues and they were auto added to the project.

While it could likely be removed in this specific case, it's important to note that it's possible we will need to reintroduce similar automation in the near future if we ever have a project board which should automatically add issues from multiple different repositories, which is seeming increasingly likely, especially if we're ever going to move Flow to a separate repo.

The automation currently available in GitHub Actions can only ever be configured to sync with a single source repository, and (according to the GitHub public roadmap), it's expected that developers continue to use GitHub Actions for more complicated workflows.
