This adds support for scheduling a hierarchy of procs defined by an elaboration. The schedule can be used to create a synchronous implementation of procs in codegen although that is not yet supported. The added synchronous proc tests still use the asynchronous implmentation. Add scheduling support for synchronous procs.
This adds support for scheduling a hierarchy of procs defined by an elaboration. The schedule can be used to create a synchronous implementation of procs in codegen although that is not yet supported. The added synchronous proc tests still use the asynchronous implmentation.
