Some buttons allow for multiple submissions

Feature Description

Some buttons throughout the SK interfaces allow for submitting more than once where others do not. We should align on a consistent approach to how actions are handled.

E.g. when activating GA via the CTA on the dashboard

Other actions such as saving module settings or disconnecting the user disable the button after invoking.
