Description

Adds a switch to turn off automatic plugin copying. These changes enabled builds to run without root in CI.

Changes

  1. Added CMake option for enabling/disabling plugin copying. Enabled by default.
  2. Plugin CMakes use this option.

Validation and Acceptance Criteria

  • Unit test coverage remains passing.
  • Installer scripts work on MacOS.
