Removes [brace-expansion](https://github.com/juliangruber/brace-expansion). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [google-auth-library](https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-node/tree/HEAD/core/packages/google-auth-library-nodejs). These dependencies need to be updated together.
