🎨 Changes Made
Replaced old Bootstrap layout with a modern card-based UI
Improved modal design with gradient headers and rounded corners
Enhanced form spacing, typography, and field styles
Added gradient primary buttons and hover animations
Improved responsiveness for mobile and tablet devices
⚙️ Technical Notes
No backend logic changed — all updates are front-end only (HTML/CSS)
Uses Bootstrap 5 utilities (compatible with existing structure)
JavaScript logic in CustomerCategoryList.cshtml.js remains untouched
✅ Testing
Verified that modals open/close correctly
Save/Delete buttons still trigger original JS functions
Form validation works as before
Checked UI on Chrome and Edge browsers

Previous UI looked dated and lacked visual hierarchy
This update improves readability, usability, and user trust
