How to use

1. Download the ZIP file onto your desktop, and unzip it
2. Open your chrome browser -> top right options icon -> more tools -> extensions
3. Load unpacked extensions -> select slinky-html
4. Navigate to any page
5. De page will sho u de wae

Note: To turn off the effects, you need to disable the extension and refresh the target page.
