Lingva Translate integration for PotPlayer subtitles realtime translation

How to use

1. Copy the files(*.as, *.ico) to C:\Program Files\DAUM\PotPlayer\Extension\Subtitle\Translate
2. Set the server URL(e.g. https://lingva.ml or your server URL) in the subtitles realtime translation configuration on PotPlayer
3. Enjoy it.
