Parlatype LibreOffice Extension 2.0

This is the first release, it requires Parlatype 2.0 and replaces the old Parlatype LibreOffice Helpers.

• New: A toolbar button to open Parlatype (and open linked media file)
• New: A toolbar button to link Parlatype's currently open file with the
  current LibreOffice Writer document
• New: Automatically go to timestamp on mouse click or on key navigation
  (whenever cursor moves to a timestamp in the document)
• New: Options page
• New: Provide all macros known from former Parlatype LibreOffice Helpers
• New or updated languages:

parlatype-libreoffice-extension-2.0.tar.gz is meant for building it yourself or for distributions. If you just want to try it, download parlatype.oxt and in LibreOffice go to Tools > Extension Manager > Add and select the file.
