Agent Documentation Update

Findings

Area Issue File(s)
accuracy src/safe_outputs/assign_work_item.rs exists in source (implements the assign-work-item safe-output tool, already documented correctly in docs/safe-outputs.md) but was missing from the src/safe_outputs/ file listing in the AGENTS.md architecture tree, so the tree undercounted the module inventory an agent relies on. AGENTS.md

Applied Fixes

  • Added assign_work_item.rs to the src/safe_outputs/ listing in AGENTS.md, in its correct alphabetical position

Notes

Verified by diffing ls src/safe_outputs/ against the AGENTS.md tree entries. Confirmed assign-work-item is already fully and correctly documented in docs/safe-outputs.md (front matter example, dedicated section, and cross-references), so no other doc needed changes. Checked CLI commands in src/main.rs against docs/cli.md and safe-output tool coverage against docs/safe-outputs.md; no further drift found this run.
