Agent Documentation Update

Findings

Area Issue File(s)
accuracy src/safe_outputs/assign_work_item.rs exists in the codebase (backs the documented assign-work-item safe-output tool, per docs/safe-outputs.md and src/mcp.rs) but was missing from the src/safe_outputs/ architecture tree in AGENTS.md AGENTS.md

Applied Fixes

  • Added assign_work_item.rs to the src/safe_outputs/ listing in AGENTS.md, in its correct alphabetical position between assign_github_issue_to_user.rs and close_github_issue.rs

Notes

Verified by diffing find src -type f -name '*.rs' against every .rs filename referenced in AGENTS.md's architecture tree. All other module-listing gaps found (e.g. individual files under src/compile/ir/tasks/) are intentionally summarized as a single collapsed tree entry in AGENTS.md and are not drift. Confirmed the assign-work-item tool itself is already correctly documented in docs/safe-outputs.md (### assign-work-item) and registered in src/mcp.rs — only the architecture-tree file listing was out of sync. No other cross-checked areas (CLI commands in docs/cli.md vs src/main.rs's Commands/SecretsCmd/GraphCmd enums, safe-output tool docs vs src/safe_outputs/, variable-groups front-matter coverage) showed drift.
