Agent Documentation Update
Findings
src/safe_outputs/assign_work_item.rsexists in the codebase (backs the documentedassign-work-itemsafe-output tool, perdocs/safe-outputs.mdandsrc/mcp.rs) but was missing from thesrc/safe_outputs/architecture tree inAGENTS.mdAGENTS.mdApplied Fixes
assign_work_item.rsto thesrc/safe_outputs/listing inAGENTS.md, in its correct alphabetical position betweenassign_github_issue_to_user.rsandclose_github_issue.rsNotes
Verified by diffing
find src -type f -name '*.rs'against every.rsfilename referenced inAGENTS.md's architecture tree. All other module-listing gaps found (e.g. individual files undersrc/compile/ir/tasks/) are intentionally summarized as a single collapsed tree entry inAGENTS.mdand are not drift. Confirmed theassign-work-itemtool itself is already correctly documented indocs/safe-outputs.md(### assign-work-item) and registered insrc/mcp.rs— only the architecture-tree file listing was out of sync. No other cross-checked areas (CLI commands indocs/cli.mdvssrc/main.rs'sCommands/SecretsCmd/GraphCmdenums, safe-output tool docs vssrc/safe_outputs/,variable-groupsfront-matter coverage) showed drift.Created by the agent-documentation maintainer workflow.
