Based on #88 (Thanks @JVillella!).
LND now returns a specific error instead of
UNIMPLEMENTED_CODEif the wallet is locked. The old logic would incorrectly report LND as not yet running when instead it's running but not yet unlocked, preventing the unlock method from ever running.
