Invalid Maestro version bump

High Severity

CRITICAL: This bump sets MAESTRO_VERSION to 2.8.0 from a v2.8.0 tag, but Maestro CLI installs resolve cli-$MAESTRO_VERSION release assets. No cli-2.8.0 release appears published (latest known is cli-2.7.0), so maestro-test-action install in e2e/sample CI will likely 404. Flagged via the dependency-update review guidance in the project rules.
