Update the links for the CTI to the new image with reduced size, provided by Georgios Tsalavoutis.
The image is correctly linked on the dev branch's deploy, and can be loaded in VirtualBox.
Initial tests show that the image boots and contains LabVIEW.
Marking as draft until I can confirm activation (I was not able to activate LabVIEW yet inside the VM).
The login screen (presumably for Lubuntu) also offers a keyboard choice, although GB is the only installed keyboard - it may be possible to request more keyboards be preinstalled (or that US be chosen in the same manner as the previous image).
@qalldredge's commits for the spelling update are also included in this PR.
