Added more abbr elements to acronyms for EN files (FINAL CHECK) (#600)

* Added abbr elements to acronyms

* More acronym markup

Some abbr adjustments

* minor change

* More acronym markup (again)

Added more <abbr> elements to all the acronyms found in all files. Hopefully, I didn't miss any, with certain exceptions, e.g., no <abbr> tags in hyperlinks.

* Minor fixes

Minor fixes, spotted some error

* Quick fix

Removed the tag that wasn't part of the acronym

* Added abbr elements to the FR files

Added more <abbr> elements to the acronyms found in all FR files. Excluded from comments sections.

* More acronym markup for FR pages

Added more abbr tag elements to headings, titles, and hyperlink texts
