Request for a chapter with detailed explanation of DSO and LDSO.

I found the book to be useful in helping someone like me, who has no access to a higher education say a PhD understand slam from a first principle. Because the language of the book was fluid, and you did a great explanation, which is generally absent in papers. I was hoping whether it will be possible to add DSO and LDSO to the final chapter. Or add the new concepts used in DSO for the VO chapter? It would really help a lot.
