Simple translation to Chapter 03

Dear Xiang,

I really appreciate your work in this book. So, I want to help to translate it. I am using google translate to translate chapter 3 to English and I fix latex problem myself. I attach the pdf version. I am willing to finish a chapter every weekend. I would like to help as much as I can. I also have a latex version if you find it helpful.
