Keep instance running question no longer asked #16

Recent code changes have broken the ability to destroy/tear down the running instance when exiting SSH, e.g.

[ec2-user@ip-xx ~]$ exit
logout

Attimo does no longer ask if you want to keep the instance running or not.

I had to manually call ato aws destroy to get it to tear down things.
