Important: SecureAge, Bkav Pro and Gridinsoft mark given exe file as virus. This is a false positive.[1]
These AV engines have problem in their detection algorithms. They flag everything based on NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System) as virus. And NeSync is using NSIS as it's installer on Windows.
NeSync does not do anything harmful. You can check the RELATIONS tab on VirusTotal to see individual files. uninstall.exe and System.dll are marked as viruses, which are part of NSIS.

I'll try to contact these AV vendors about the situation.
If you don't trust me, you can always build your own binaries. 😎
