Fixed bar height to stay the same no matter how many tags are applied.
Made the code quite a bit more efficient.
Loads votes and tags when clicking on a new image as opposed to changing with arrow keys / gallery broswer.
Now shows reputation of the author when you hover over their names in the comment section (Buggy as all hell).
Fixed a bunch of bugginess in the reputation tooltip
Cleaned up and got rid of unnecessary debugging console outs
