Issue:
If "Ticket restrictions" are enabled, then if the agent is assigned a ticket which he is not part of, was not able to view the ticket.
Reason:
No additional check if the agent is assigned to a ticket or not.
Solution:
Add perm in list view and form view to give the perm to the assigned agent.
