New function: canned ahp

Introduced a new canned function for a summary output

• Fixed problems when both complete and incomplete matrices are put into ahp.missing
• Fixed html vignettes for better viewing and proper citation

CRAN submission version

Removed eigen argument. Now, specify eigen with methods. This is more consistent.
