The aim of the new "getNCChanges.py" example is to provide a way to perform single DRSUAPI calls on the DRSGetNCChange() method.
SMB and LDAP operations are no longer performed.
The user needs to specify both the user and the domain controler's NTDS-DSA object guid by its own.
