Effect v3.10 was released, and with it Effect Schema is now stable!
This PR removes the
@effect/schemadependency (and a few more peer deps), and moves all the code over toeffectv3.10. See the release notes here:https://effect.website/blog/releases/effect/310/
For the most part there were no breaking changes, just the import paths that had to be updated.
