+I fixed various item naming rule issues (melee weapon mods not being separated from weapon name, Silver Submachine Gun, Heavy/Sturdy ruleset being above legendary for armor, Vault-Tec Workshop pipboys). Unfortunately, these will not work retroactively; however, you can manually add tags to your armors, weapons, and clothing by renaming them at a workbench.
