This is a new version of the FOOOF Matlab wrapper, to update to match the FOOOF 1.X.X series.

Note that Python FOOOF version 1.X.X is a breaking release from prior versions. This means that this version of the wrapper is needed to run with FOOOF version 1.X.X series, and that this version of the wrapper will not work with FOOOF version 0.X.X.

This is a minor update for the 0.1.X release, containing only documentation updates.

It also removes a work-in-progress file that should not have been included in the 0.1.0 (the file 'new_fooof_group.m'), as this file is not yet functional.
