Purpose
As LccnNormalizerStructureB was developed for the Linked Data Thin Thread and assumed LCCNs that followed the Structure B pattern only, it should be removed so that Linked Data can support LCCNs that follow either the Structure A or Structure B pattern.
Approach
Use DefaultLccnNormalizer instead of LccnNormalizerStructureB.
